Job summary

SeaOwl Indonesia seeks an experienced Foreman to coordinate on-site mechanical installation and construction activities in Batam. You will lead a team, ensure work is performed to approved drawings, method statements and work procedures, and coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC and HSE.

Responsibilities include managing manpower, tools and materials, conducting toolbox talks, monitoring progress, and reporting daily activities to the Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Senior high school and 7+ years of site mechanical experience.
• Diploma with 5+ years of mechanical works experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily mechanical installation and construction activities on site.
• Lead mechanical workers and ensure work follows drawings, method statements, and procedures.
• Coordinate installation of mechanical equipment, piping, supports, and related components.
• Ensure manpower, tools, equipment, and materials are available before starting work.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
• Monitor progress and report daily activities and manpower utilization to Supervisor.
• Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, QA/QC, HSE, and other disciplines for site activities.
• Ensure installation quality and report issues to the Supervisor/Engineer.
• Support inspection, testing, mechanical completion, punch-list clearance, and handover activities.
