Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in online curriculum development.
• Strong knowledge of learning theories, assessment strategies, and pedagogy.
• Experience with LMS and digital content creation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, detail-oriented, and collaborative in remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive online curriculum frameworks for diverse courses.
• Collaborate with SMEs and content creators to define learning objectives and ensure accuracy.
