Job summary

Airswift is seeking an experienced Offshore Construction Manager for Singapore-based operations to lead marine construction, installation, and commissioning activities across offshore campaigns. You will drive safety, efficiency, and performance while aligning with project objectives.

The role requires oversight of fleets and assets, coordination with engineering and client representatives, and leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Offshore Engineering, Maritime Studies, or related discipline.
• Bachelor’s Degree is considered advantageous.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marine operations strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Provide leadership for offshore marine construction, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Support business development and tendering with technical/operational input.
• Drive safety culture and continual improvement across offshore operations.
• Oversee marine fleet operations, vessels, and associated assets.
• Ensure offshore campaigns are executed within budgets and schedules.
• Lead, mentor, and develop marine operations personnel.
• Act as interface for clients, regulators, and subcontractors.
