Job summary

NEPTUNE OFFSHORE ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT CO., LTD. seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major Indonesian subsea pipeline and offshore installation project.

You will oversee scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety and client interfaces from execution readiness through demobilisation while coordinating with headquarters, partners, vessels and subcontractors. The role requires 15+ years in facilities/project engineering with 8+ years offshore/onshore experience and at least 7

Qualifications

• 15 years of facilities/project engineering experience, including at least 8 years offshore/onshore facilities and installation/fabrication.
• At least 7 years as a project manager with minimum USD 50 million contract value; subsea/offshore delivery experience.
• Proven integration of scope, budget, critical path, procurement, risk and change control with personal accountability.
• Ability to lead vessel and shore teams and understand HDD, pipelay, survey, diving, lifting and pre-commissioning interfaces.
• Professional working English for technical and commercial meetings, contracts, docs and reports; multicultural leadership.
• Willingness to work at remote sites and offshore, meeting Indonesian work eligibility and medical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall delivery of Indonesian subsea pipeline and offshore installation project from mobilisation through demobilisation.
• Define interfaces among headquarters, Indonesian partners, vessel teams, subcontractors and client.
• Approve and monitor the budget and baseline schedule; coordinate procurement and subcontract payments.
• Lead client and partner meetings; manage scope changes, time impacts and cost escalation with records of instructions.
• Coordinate pre-commissioning, closeout, and contractual closeout aligning quantities and acceptance evidence.
• Direct the Permitting and External Relations Manager on approvals and external interfaces.
