Home Credit Indonesia is seeking a Network Infrastructure Specialist to maintain, administer, and optimize company networks for high performance and reliability. The role entails evaluating, monitoring, and troubleshooting LAN/WAN/VPN environments, and ensuring security and compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in IT, 3+ years in network infrastructure, CCNA or equivalent, and hands-on experience with Cisco switches/routers, Check Point Firewalls, and F5 Big-IP, with strong English

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in network infrastructure.
• Experience with TCP/IP, routing, QoS, VPN, and firewall rules.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains, administers, and optimizes networks for performance, reliability, and availability.
• Performs technical evaluations, analyzes, troubleshoots network devices across LAN/Wireless/VLAN/WAN/VPN/Internet.
• Reports deviations, outages, and provides weekly updates to supervisors.
• Ensures high security and compliance of the network infrastructure.
• Executes projects for new systems, upgrades, patches, and maintenance.
• Prepares documentation and guidelines for users and admins.
• Ensures vendor service levels are met and contracts are followed.
