Job summary

PT Cipta Prima Nugraha is seeking a Senior Network Engineer (NSE 4) in Jakarta Pusat to implement and maintain Fortinet FortiGate security solutions across enterprise networks.

The role requires hands-on Fortinet configuration and strong problem-solving, with collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

Candidates with at least 3 years of experience and NSE 4 certification are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Network Engineer.
• Hands-on Fortinet FortiGate configuration and troubleshooting.
• Active Fortinet NSE 4 certification.
• Understanding firewall, VPN, routing, switching, TCP/IP, VLAN, and security concepts.
• Experience with enterprise network environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain Fortinet/FortiGate-based security solutions.
• Manage and troubleshoot firewall, VPN, security policies, routing, and other security features.
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve network security issues.
• Support network security project implementations per technical needs and standards.
• Provide assessments and recommendations to improve network security infrastructure.
• Create technical documentation on configurations, changes, and implementations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders during implementation and support.

Tanggung Jawab

• Melakukan implementasi, konfigurasi, dan maintenance solusi keamanan jaringan berbasis Fortinet/FortiGate
• Mengelola dan melakukan troubleshooting firewall, VPN, security policy, routing, dan fitur keamanan lainnya
• Melakukan monitoring, analisa, dan penyelesaian issue terkait network security
• Mendukung implementasi project network security sesuai kebutuhan teknis dan standar yang berlaku
• Melakukan assessment serta memberikan rekomendasi improvement terhadap infrastruktur keamanan jaringan
• Membuat documentation teknis terkait konfigurasi, perubahan sistem, dan hasil implementasi
• Berkolaborasi dengan tim internal, customer, dan stakeholder dalam aktivitas implementasi maupun support

Kualifikasi

• Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Network Engineer minimal 3 tahun
• Memiliki pengalaman hands-on dalam konfigurasi dan troubleshooting Fortinet/FortiGate
• Memiliki sertifikasi Fortinet NSE 4 yang masih aktif
• Memahami konsep Firewall, VPN, Routing, Switching, TCP/IP, VLAN, dan Network Security
• Memiliki pengalaman dalam menangani environment jaringan enterprise
• Memiliki kemampuan analisa, troubleshooting, dan problem solving yang baik
• Mampu membuat dokumentasi teknis dan berkomunikasi dengan baik
