Job summary

Glints is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to strengthen and modernize its digital healthcare platform, especially patient appointment booking and scheduling systems. You will own end-to-end development from backend to APIs and mobile/web apps, driving performance, scalability and reliability.

You will lead architecture, collaborate with product and business stakeholders, mentor engineers, and advance CI/CD practices while working from remote with eventual Jakarta office transition.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Web API.
• SQL Server / Azure SQL and database optimization experience.
• Hands-on production experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Solid understanding of architecture, OOP, SOLID, and design patterns.
• Good English communication skills, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services and APIs using C# / .NET.
• Improve architecture, scalability, performance, and database efficiency.
• Build and manage cloud-based solutions using Azure.
• Develop and maintain mobile and web apps with React Native and React.js.
• Integrate healthcare systems, payments, and third-party services.
• Lead code reviews, testing, documentation, and CI/CD practices.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with product and business stakeholders.
