Job summary

Glints Indonesia is seeking a frontend engineer to build responsive web applications using React.js, TypeScript, HTML and CSS. You will work with RESTful APIs, implement reusable components, optimize performance, and collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend teams in an Agile environment.

You will maintain code quality through testing and reviews, participate in CI/CD processes, and follow best practices for cross-browser compatibility.

Qualifications

• 3 years of hands-on experience with React.js in production-level applications.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern build tools.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
• Good understanding of RESTful API integration and asynchronous programming (Axios, Fetch).
• Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Experience using Git and working with tools like GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
• Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and apply optimization techniques.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance responsive web applications using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Work with RESTful APIs, collaborating with backend teams to integrate services efficiently.
• Implement reusable components and front-end architecture following best practices.
• Optimize application performance to ensure fast loading speeds and smooth interactions.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design wireframes and prototypes into high quality code.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to clean coding standards.
• Participate in Agile development cycles, contributing to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.
• Work with version control systems (Git) and maintain proper code documentation.
• Support CI/CD pipeline processes for front-end deployment.
