Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized program.
• Minimum 4+ years of professional multi-disciplinary engineering experience.
• Leadership experience in a lead or senior role.
• Strong knowledge of process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, civil, and related disciplines.
• Proficiency in CAD, simulation software, and project management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise engineering teams across multiple disciplines to ensure coordinated project delivery.
• Develop comprehensive engineering designs, specifications, and technical documentation for complex projects.
• Conduct technical reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate between disciplines to identify synergies and resolve technical challenges.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across workstreams.
• Prepare detailed engineering reports, calculations, and proposals for stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities to ensure compliance.
• Perform site inspections and oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to design.
