Job summary

PT Intrias Mandiri Sejati is seeking a technically skilled professional to lead and support mobile phone service operations. You will develop training curricula, deliver technical training to engineers, analyze product issues, and produce service bulletins to drive improvements.

You will coordinate with service centers and internal teams, monitor repair quality, and contribute to the Early Warning Process and defect tracking. Strong communication and mentoring abilities are essential.

Qualifications

10+ years experience in technical support or service engineering for mobile devices.
Proficient in mobile phone technology, repair tools, JIG, and diagnostic software.
Experience in technical training, service centers, and documentation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
Bachelor's or higher in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Informatics, or related field.

Responsibilities

Develop training curriculum and deliver technical training for engineers.
Analyze product issues and create service bulletins.
Handle daily technical consultations via GSPN and develop FAQs.
Review SAW exceptions including Part S/N, Software Upgrade, and Overseas software.
Monitor and manage Fenrir account (creation, reset, maintenance, usage).
Provide technical VOC analysis and support to VOC team.
Improve repair quality at service centers and train engineers.
Monitor EWP and PLM for new model issues and defect tracking.
Monitor Galaxy Diagnostic App and IMEI App, troubleshoot and report.
Conduct DAP technical analysis and approvals.
