GrabMart is Grab's on-demand daily essentials and grocery delivery service. You will lead middle-mile transportation operations across GrabMart Indonesia, ensuring reliable, efficient, and cost-effective movement of inventory between suppliers, warehouses, and dark stores.

Your primary goal is to maintain high service levels, fleet and carrier productivity, shipment visibility, and safe execution while improving network performance. This role is critical for scaling GrabMart in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in middle-mile, transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience in end-to-end transport execution, including linehaul or inter-hub transfers, route planning, dispatch.
• Experience managing 3PLs or transport vendors with performance reviews.
• Ability to identify root causes and translate insights into improvements in service, cost, capacity, and quality.
• Experience with transport management systems (TMS), fleet or dispatch tools, GPS tracking, warehouse systems, and data dashboards.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Experience writing complex macros for Excel.

Responsabilités

• Lead GrabMart's middle-mile transportation operations to ensure reliable, efficient, and cost-effective movement of inventory.
• Maintain high service levels, fleet and carrier productivity, shipment visibility, and safe execution.
• Report to the Head of Supply Chain and coordinate with on-site teams; travel to sites as needed.
