Job summary

Biomed Global is seeking a seasoned professional in Jakarta for managing products, market penetration, and business expansion. You will coordinate sales forecasts, stock planning, and marketing strategies, while collaborating with principals and regulatory teams to drive timely registrations and strong market presence.

Responsibilities include leading sales campaigns, client visits, product training, contract negotiations, and tender proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Clinical Microbiology, product management, sales, marketing, or business development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage products assigned including sales forecast, stocks planning, marketing strategies and communication with principals.
• Provide support to the sales team through joint visits to the laboratories, provide internal product training and other forms of knowledge support.
• Work closely with Regulatory Team to ensure new products are being registered on timely basis.
• Develop sales strategies and achieve overall sales targets and objectives.
• Develop, plan and manage marketing communication strategies and campaigns to support sales.
• Manage overall project sales performance and ensure each sales executive meets individual sales targets.
• Target new sales, create new accounts, and exploit new business opportunities for major market segments as well as developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with principal to obtain accurate pricing and technical support.
• Participate in proposals for business development projects and tenders.
• Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge in assigned area of coverage, giving effective product presentation.
• Follow up and work closely with sales team members to monitor sales prospects.
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
