Job summary

Michael Page client in Indonesia seeks an experienced Operation Manager to lead multiple operational projects focusing on Surface Well Testing, Produced Water Treatment, and related production support. Jakarta-based role involves coordinating delivery, managing logistics and budgets, and ensuring safe, high-quality operations.

You will lead field service teams, liaise with multinational operators, and drive continuous improvement in performance and efficiency across onshore and offshore projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years in the oilfield services industry.
• At least 3 years leading projects, operations, or field service teams.
• Experience with Surface Well Testing or Produced Water Treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple operational projects to ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements.
• Provide technical and operational support to customers and project teams.
• Manage logistics, inventory, equipment mobilisation, and resource allocation across projects.
• Ensure operational equipment and assets are maintained, inspected, tested, and available for deployment.
• Drive operational performance, service quality, and customer satisfaction through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor project costs, utilisation of consumables, rentals, and overall operational efficiency.
• Produce and review operational reports, procedures, and performance metrics to meet customer requirements.
• Establish and maintain lessons learned databases to improve future project execution.
• Coordinate staffing requirements and competency development to support current and future projects.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments, clients, vendors, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, contractual obligations, and business ethics standards.
