Job summary

CAHAYA SURYA REJEKI, PT, based in Jakarta, seeks an experienced Merchandiser to lead end-to-end merchandising operations for lingerie products. You will drive costs, margins, and pricing strategies with vendors, manage lifecycle from development to bulk production, and mentor a growing team.

The role requires 5+ years in garment merchandising, strong costing and sourcing skills, lingerie experience preferred, and advanced English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of solid merchandising experience within the garment/apparel industry.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in garment costing, fabric/trim sourcing, and margin management.
• Lingerie or intimate wear experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent negotiation, problem‑solving, and leadership skills with advanced English proficiency.
