Job summary

Leighton Asia in Indonesia is seeking a Senior MEP Coordinator to oversee civil/structural engineering projects focused on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations. Qualifications

• Diploma in civil /structural engineering or related disciplines.
• Deep knowledge upon practical application of mechanical/electrical/plumbing installation & safety legal requirements.
• Have extensive experience in MEP installation works with a capability in monitoring direct staff and subcontractors.
• Experience in managing operational and technical role in the construction industry.
• Experience working at civil contractor is preferred.
• 7++ years experience in civil/construction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works to achieve targets.
• Coordinate and develop subordinates to optimize workable time in MEP installation.
• Coordinate continuous improvement to ensure optimum efficiencies in ongoing basis.
• Ensure sufficient competent technical resources for MEP installation activities.
• Enforce safe and environmentally friendly working procedures to comply with HSE requirements.
• Develop reports for daily, weekly and monthly presentations.
• Perform knowledge sharing to enhance professional development within the organization.
