Job summary

Cimic Group in Indonesia is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to coordinate MEP activities on site and lead a technical team. This role focuses on ensuring efficient installation practices while maintaining strict safety and environmental standards on the project site in Indonesia.

The ideal candidate holds a civil/structural engineering diploma with substantial MEP installation experience, and a proven track record in managing both staff and subcontractors on civil construction sites.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in civil/structural engineering or related field.
• Deep knowledge of mechanical/electrical/plumbing installation and safety regulations.
• 7 years' experience in civil/construction.
• Experience managing direct staff and subcontractors.
• Experience in MEP installation works is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works to achieve targets.
• Coordinate and develop assigned subordinates to optimize time in MEP installation.
• Coordinate continuous improvement and optimization activities for efficiency.
• Ensure sufficient competent technical resources for MEP installation activities.
• Enforce safe and environmentally friendly working procedures to comply with HSE requirements.
• Develop daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Share knowledge to enhance professional development within the organization.
