You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces, and support business development with technical submissions and client presentations. This role is based on-site in Jakarta with a global, diverse team.

Qualifications

• BSc/BEng in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer.
• Significant mechanical engineering experience in mining, minerals processing, metals, energy, or heavy industry.
• Experience delivering studies and project execution in an engineering consulting environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management; English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mechanical designs and solutions meeting project specs.
• Lead studies and manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering interfaces for integrated delivery.
• Provide site support including commissioning and operations readiness.
• Support business development through proposals and client presentations.
• Mentor junior engineers and build client relationships.
