You will review calculations, specifications, and design documentation, including conveyors, piping, pumps, and material handling facilities.

The role requires leading small to medium studies, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and mentoring junior engineers while maintaining client relationships and contributing to business

Qualifications

• Minimum BSc/B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering and professional registration.
• Substantial mechanical engineering experience in heavy industrial sectors.
• Experience in consulting environments delivering design and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mechanical designs and technical solutions per project specs.
• Prepare and review calculations, specifications, and design docs.
• Lead small to medium studies, manage scope, schedule, budget, and risks.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary activities for integrated delivery.
• Support planning, estimating, resources, and progress monitoring.
• Review deliverables for quality, safety, and client requirements.
• Provide site support, commissioning and operational readiness activities.
• Mentor junior engineers and build client relationships.
• Assist business development with proposals and client presentations.
