Job summary

Grabber Technology Solutions (GTS) is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer (Mobile Device Management) to oversee endpoint and patch management for Grab's regional IT operations. You will work on SaaS-based platforms and contribute to OS and application lifecycle management.

Based onsite at Grab's South Jakarta office, you will collaborate with customers and partners, automate tasks, and lead end-to-end endpoint deployment projects to ensure high‑quality, reliable IT services.

Qualifications

• Background in mobile device management and patch lifecycle.
• Experience with OS patch management and software deployment.
• Excellent collaboration and communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage endpoint deployments and patching across regions.
• Evaluate software and perform post-deployment support.
• Automate routine tasks to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for support.
• Provide Level 2 & 3 IT operational support.
• Document configurations and troubleshooting steps.
• Lead end-to-end endpoint deployment projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
