Job summary

PT Berlian Sistem Informasi is seeking an IT Security Operations professional in Jakarta to manage endpoint security, ensure security compliance, and generate regular customer reports. The role requires 3+ years in IT security operations and hands-on experience with major endpoint security tools and reporting.

The ideal candidate will work with leading security solutions (Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, CrowdStrike, Symantec, Trend Micro, McAfee, Sophos) and have strong Windows endpoint

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Security Operations, Endpoint Security, Security Administration, or related roles.
• Experience working with customers and preparing operational or security reports.
• Strong knowledge of Endpoint Security technologies, including:
• EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response)
• Device Control
• Patch Management
• Experience administering endpoint security solutions such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, CrowdStrike, Symantec, Trend Micro, McAfee, Sophos, or equivalent platforms.
• Good understanding of Windows endpoint administration and troubleshooting.
