Job summary

Esco Lifesciences Group is seeking a Project Engineer for our Bintan, Indonesia site. You will drive project objectives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery aligned with manufacturing standards.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 5 years' experience in manufacturing or engineering management, with strong English communication and a solid grasp of project management and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering related to manufacturing.
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering management.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Experience with requirements analysis, process improvement and project management.
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods and procedures.
• Strong documentation and safety management skills.
• Experience with project scheduling software (MS Project, monday.com preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develops project objectives by reviewing proposals with management.
• Assigns personnel to project phases and elements.
• Determines specifications by studying design, requirements, and costs.
• Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests.
• Sets project schedule by planning and sequencing elements.
• Maintains schedule by monitoring progress and coordinating activities.
• Controls plan changes by reviewing design and adjusting plans.
• Controls costs by approving expenditures and contracts.
• Prepares status reports with trends and actions.
• Maintains safe, clean working environment and compliant procedures.
• Maintains project data by writing programs and backing up data.
• Protects product and company reputation by complying with regulations.
• Contributes to team effort by achieving related results.
