Job summary

SMOORE Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Production Manager to lead the production team in Malang. You will drive end-to-end manufacturing processes, cascade KPI goals to shopfloor, and ensure adherence to quality policies and waste handling standards.

With 5+ years in production leadership, you will optimize equipment usage, coordinate budgeting, and guide two-phase mass production with a focus on zero customer complaints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in production management in large and medium-sized companies; chemical or extraction process experience preferred.
• Understanding of end-to-end production processes, equipment operation, and efficiency optimization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop department strategy based on department goal setting and KPI.
• Cascade department goal setting and KPI down to shopfloor level.
• Ensure production process meets Quality policy.
• Ensure compliance for material and waste handling.
• Give feedback related to production capacity.
• Control and monitor budgeting plan for the fiscal year for production, also managing and improving the following year's results.
• Ensure strategy development for two-phase mass production commissioning and zero customer complaints.
