Job summary

Smoore Technology Indonesia is seeking a skilled Process Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing operations in East Java. You will analyze and verify customer complaints, monitor KPI quality performance, and help establish robust quality standards across mass production.

The role requires at least a bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years as PQE in manufacturing. Proficiency in English is preferred to coordinate with global teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience as PQE in manufacturing.
• Strong SOP knowledge for mass production quality and output efficiency.
• Familiar with CAPA, EHS risks, quality risks, end-to-end quality processes.
• Ability to communicate in English daily.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and verifying customer complaints and returns and following up on them.
• Monitoring and continuously improving the quality performance of KPI indicators.
• Establishing and updating quality inspection standard documents.
• Organizing training and assessing department inspectors on quality standards and inspection methods.
• Responsible for following up on pre- and post-process effects, as well as collecting quality data.
• Responsible for evaluating the quality of new 3Q equipment acceptance.
• Implement policies related to employee health and safety programs that comply with applicable regulations and standards.
• Implement policies related to waste management programs that comply with applicable regulations and standards.
