Job summary

Agoda Company Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Manager to lead strategic Travel Distribution initiatives from ideation through to implementation and measurement. You will work with Tech, Marketing, Supply, Legal, Finance and other teams, presenting to senior stakeholders to secure buy‑in.

You will drive end-to-end projects, manage complexity, and partner with account management to optimize partnerships and pricing. The role is based in Bangkok, requiring strong English and analytical acumen.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading cross-functional strategy or programs.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with data pulling experience.
• Fluent in English with strong stakeholder management.
• Ability to own the initiative end-to-end from idea creation, to testing and execution.
• Independent and self-driven.
• Able to move fast and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Ideate and drive new initiatives to grow Travel Distribution end-to-end.
• Build business cases for new commercial initiatives from account requirements.
• Drive revenue optimization through distribution and pricing experiments.
• Enable and support account management with tools and processes.
• Roll out new API connectivity features to partners.
• Credit risk management and SLA maintenance.
• Coordinate with Product, Tech, Finance, Legal and other stakeholders.
• Present to senior stakeholders to secure buy-in.
