Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in OTC and AR with proven managerial experience leading an AR/OTC team.
• Experience leading AR/OTC teams in logistics or high-volume service industries.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle; fluent in English and Bahasa.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end OTC and Accounts Receivable operations, including billing, collection, cash application, credit control, and dispute resolution.
• Monitor ageing, overdue accounts, DSO, collection performance and cash flow.
• Develop and implement effective credit policies and collection strategies.
• Manage customer credit assessments, credit limits, and risk exposure.
• Resolve complex billing and payment disputes with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and standardisation across OTC activities.
• Lead, coach, and develop the AR/OTC team.
• Prepare performance reports and present insights to local and regional management.
