Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in business, economics, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in strategy or operational roles in consulting or industry.
• Experience in operations management, process improvement and supply chain management.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to translate concepts into actionable plans.
• Strong leadership, coaching and client relationship development skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Business acumen, analytical thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-oriented style with ability to mentor teams and deliver projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advisory and engagement leadership to optimize end-to-end supply chain and procurement operations.
• Drive visibility, collaboration and performance improvements across client teams.
• Guide teams through complex problems, connecting functions and stakeholders.
• Contribute to go-to-market efforts and thought leadership in connected supply chain.
• Mentor junior staff and develop practice capabilities across Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
• Manage proposals, business development and cross-territory transformation initiatives.
• Support sector campaigns and development of client materials and thought pieces.
