Job summary

PwC South East Asia Consulting seeks a Senior Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain and procurement engagements, partnering with senior client stakeholders to optimise operations and drive performance.

You will help build the Indonesia practice and contribute to go-to-market and thought leadership across Southeast Asia, mentoring junior colleagues and delivering large-scale transformations.

Qualifications

• Degree from leading educational institutes in business, economics, engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 10+ years working experience in strategy or operational roles - either in management consulting, or working in industry in analogous roles.
• Have prior experience in operations management, process improvement and supply chain management.
• Demonstrate ability to think strategically and translate high-level concepts into actionable plans.
• Management and leadership skills, including the ability to train and develop teams, manage complex assignments and to develop lasting client relationships.
• Excellent stakeholder management.
• Strong business acumen, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.

• Partner with senior client stakeholders to optimise end-to-end supply chain and procurement operations, improve visibility and collaboration, and drive outcomes such as efficiency and cost improvement.
• Guide teams through complexity, connect the dots across functions and stakeholders, and shape business-led and tech-enabled solutions.
• Build and expand the Indonesia practice and Southeast Asia footprint, developing people and client relationships, contributing to go-to-market efforts and thought leadership.

About the Role / Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, you will be a strategic advisor and engagement leader, partnering with senior client stakeholders to optimize end-to-end supply chain and procurement operations, improve visibility and collaboration, and drive outcomes such as efficiency, cost improvement, resilience, and responsiveness. You will guide teams through complexity, connect the dots across functions and stakeholders, and shape solutions that are both business-led and tech-enabled.

You'll also play a key role in building our practice in Indonesia and across Southeast Asia—developing people, expanding client relationships, and contributing to go-to-market and thought leadership. Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

• Assess complex operational issues with first principles thinking, bringing clarity and structure to otherwise ambiguous and multi-faceted problem statements in a hypothesis-driven way.
• Lead and organise and conduct rigorous analysis and operational review in a disciplined manner to bring about quantifiable improvements or transformations in the areas of operations improvement, process optimisation, and supply chain management.
• Stay abreast of current trends, emerging technologies and competitive landscapes.
