Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Senior Technician to maintain medium to large buildings and industrial systems. You will support preventive upkeep, diagnose issues, and repair equipment while ensuring energy-efficient operations.

The role involves following established procedures, meeting deadlines, and upholding CBRE RISE values. You will be responsible for leading by example, coordinating work orders, and collaborating with teams to ensure safety and quality in every task.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
• Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, and lifting heavy loads (50 lbs+).
• Ability to follow existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience evaluating information to make judgments and decisions.
• Strong familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair on building systems.
• Inspect and diagnose potential problems and complete repairs as needed.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.
• Assign work orders and estimate time and materials for repairs.
• Support energy management and ensure systems run efficiently.
• Inspect new installations for code and safety compliance.
