Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Sr. Technician to maintain medium to large-sized buildings and associated industrial systems. The role covers preventive maintenance, repairs, and ensuring safety compliance within engineering and technical services.

You will work on mechanical and electrical systems, support energy efficiency, and help with installations and repairs according to code. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) is expected.

Responsibilities

Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
Assign work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs.
Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
Inspect new installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Lead by example and model behaviors aligned with CBRE RISE values.
