Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in Indonesia with an active license.
• 2-5 years of experience in M&A or corporate finance law, preferably with exposure to transactions in the energy sector .
• Solid understanding of M&A transaction processes, documentation, and deal structuring.
• Excellent analytical, research, and drafting skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required for this role in East Kalimantan .
