Job summary

Six Senses Bali is seeking a Loss Prevention Manager to lead security, loss control, and safety initiatives for the property. You will guide best practice security standards and collaborate across departments to protect guests, hosts, and assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or related vocational training with 1 year of security/safety experience, or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in a similar security role preferred.
• Fluent in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in security, loss control, and security programs including strategic planning.
• Set and maintain security standards to protect hosts, guests, property and information.
• Monitor security conditions and analyze data to advise on risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with all departments and external partners to resolve security issues.
• Maintain relationships with law enforcement and regulatory agencies.
