Job summary

PT Petrosea Tbk is seeking a seasoned Logistics Coordinator to manage transshipment activities and mobilization/demobilization of equipment on a project site. You will coordinate with procurement, transportation, surveyors, insurance, and warehousing to ensure timely, cost-effective support and meet customer priorities.

The role requires at least 7 years of project-site logistics experience, a bachelor’s degree, and working knowledge of warehouse control and EMS.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in any major.
Minimum 7 years of logistics experience on project sites.
Solid understanding of warehouse and inventory control and supply chain management.
ERP familiarity is an advantage but not essential; proficiency in Word/Excel.
Familiarity with EMS (Environmental Management System).
Willingness to be based on a project site and operate equipment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the transshipment of materials and mobilize/demobilize equipment.
Serve as the interface among logistics functions (procurement, transport, surveying, insurance, warehousing) for efficient, timely, and cost-effective support.
Coordinate with customers to meet logistics objectives and communicate priorities to management.
Coordinate activities involving customers, other organizations, and company functions.
Track shipments from PO issuance to final delivery.
