Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing and Projects & Initiatives or equivalent years of relevant experience.
• Strong project management skills; includes business plan development.
• Leadership to lead and influence teams and shape growth strategy.
• Team oriented – able to motivate and work with diverse cross-functional teams across levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project tools.
• Willingness to travel 40-50% within the country when required.

Responsabilités

• The Project Manager is responsible for the implementation of GE Healthcare localization project in Indonesia, ensuring milestones are completed on time, with quality, per global standards, milestones and customer satisfaction KPI.
• Coordinate and execute the localization plan with cross functional teams, regional leaders and business units.
• Work closely with supply chain and be the point of contact for all localization needs.
• Define processes, IT tools, trainings, value stream, etc. to be used by the manufacturing community as part of the localization project.
• Know best practices and how own area integrates with others; be aware of competition and market differentiators.
• Use judgement, technical experience, analytical thinking, and multiple sources to arrive at decisions.
