GE Healthcare Indonesia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive localization projects from planning through delivery, ensuring milestones meet global standards and customer satisfaction KPIs.

You will coordinate with regional leaders and manufacturing, define IT tools and processes, and travel up to 50% within Indonesia to align stakeholders and resources.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to balance priorities while maintaining project governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing and Projects & Initiatives or equivalent years of relevant experience.
• Strong project management skills with business plan development and resource allocation.
• Leadership to lead and influence teams and shape growth strategy.
• Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project.
• Must be able to travel 40-50% and above in the country when required.

Responsabilités

• The Project Manager leads localization projects in Indonesia, ensuring milestones are met with quality per global standards and KPIs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, regional leaders, and business units to execute localization plans for GEHC Indonesia.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team and serve as the main contact for localization needs.
• Define processes, IT tools, trainings, and value streams for the manufacturing community as part of localization.
• Apply best practices and understand how the area integrates with others and differentiators in the market.
• Propose solutions to address planning and execution challenges in localization projects.
• Use judgement, experience, and internal/external sources to arrive at decisions.
