Job summary

Kredit Pintar in Indonesia is seeking a Product Manager with a strong backbone in lending products and backend systems to drive product vision from concept to execution. You will shape customer journeys and internal processes across onboarding, decisioning, approval, and post-loan servicing, working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of Product Management experience in fintech or financial services.
• Proven delivery of 2–3 full product lifecycles.
• Deep understanding of cash loan products, lending flows, and risk management.
• Able to engage with developers and system architects.
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape product vision and end-to-end user journeys with backend flows in mind.
• Dive into customer behavior, competitors, and regulatory landscapes; surface insights to improve processes.
• Write clear product requirements, map user journeys and backend behaviors, collaborate with engineering, risk, data, and compliance.
• Own features end-to-end from documentation to UAT and post-launch tracking.
