Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in Telco contracts, strong writing and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team and under pressure. This role is based on-site in Jakarta.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of Telco industry experience.
• Candidate must be organized, efficient, and have strong writing skills.
• Able to multitask and work well in a team.
• Good verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to handle stress and stay organized.

Aufgaben

• Assist in asset acquisition by the company, including due diligence and drafting/review of sales agreements and deed of sale/purchase.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing new, renewal, and novation of contracts, ensuring wording is clear and unambiguous.
• Assist in reviewing and managing contracts with customers for new and existing projects, including building management and property developers and Telco operators.
• Assist in drafting and managing contracts with vendors for new and existing projects, including building management and property developers and Telco operators.
• Prepare and circulate approval papers for signing of contracts and payment of legal services and building management services.
• Daily update in the system for building management contract new, renewal and novation status.
• Manage record-keeping and filing of customer and vendor contracts and agreements.
