Job summary

BALIMMO DEVELOPMENT GROUP is seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Counsel to draft and review agreements, manage land and real estate documents, and handle licensing matters in Indonesia.

Ideal candidates hold a law degree, are licensed, proficient in English, with French as a plus, and have 5+ years in a legal role within property/real estate sectors. Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in LAW IS A MUST.
• Registered member of an Official Advocate Organization in Indonesia and holder of a valid membership card is preferred.
• Proficient in English (writing, listening, and speaking) IS A MUST. (Proficiency in French is an advantage)
• Understanding of Licensing related to Agrarian Affairs, Property, and Real Estate applicable regulations IS A MUST.
• Understanding KITAS, Visa, IMTA, and RPTKA processes are preferred.
• Minimum 5 years or more of experience as a Legal coorporate in a local or foreign company.
• Candidates with experience in the PROPERTY or REAL ESTATE industry are preferred.
