Job summary
PT. The Cube Group in Bali is seeking an experienced Senior Legal professional to lead the legal matters across the full project lifecycle in real estate, construction, and property development.
You will develop and manage contracts, provide legal support for development projects, ensure compliance, and maintain meticulous document archives throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.)
- PERADI certification (or other relevant legal professional certification)
- 5–8+ years of legal experience, ideally in real estate/property development or construction
- Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and due diligence experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute legal schemes for the implementation of development projects
- Provide legal support for the management of finished real estate objects
- Provide contractual support throughout the construction and sales process
- Prepare all necessary documentation for transactions
- Manage all construction contracts and related documentation
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions across all projects
- Maintain and manage project and document archives, including drawings, contracts, and correspondence
- Ensure document control processes are followed consistently across the organization
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department according to business needs
