We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Coordinator to support the legal and corporate requirements of our growing group of companies. K-Club Group and Kibarer Group operate across Property Agency, Property Development, Resorts & Restaurants, and Investment, creating a diverse environment with a broad range of legal, contractual, corporate, and compliance matters.
Support the preparation, review, administration, and filing of legal documents and agreements.
Coordinate contracts, amendments, renewals, and supporting documentation.
Maintain an organized database of contracts, corporate documents, licenses, permits, and other legal records.
Monitor important legal deadlines, contract expiry dates, permits, and license renewals.
Assist with corporate administration and documentation for group entities.
Coordinate with notaries, lawyers, government authorities, consultants, and other external parties as required.
Support legal documentation related to property transactions, development projects, hospitality operations, commercial agreements, and investments.
Assist in conducting basic legal and regulatory research.
Support due diligence processes and document collection.
Help ensure company activities and documentation comply with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.) from a recognized university.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a legal, corporate legal, legal administration, or similar role.
Good understanding of Indonesian corporate and commercial law.
Strong contract administration and document-management skills.
Experience with property/real estate, hospitality, investment, corporate, or commercial legal matters is an advantage.
Familiarity with corporate licenses, permits, and government administration is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Able to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external legal professionals.
Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
