A leading medical technology company in Indonesia is seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead campaigns on Instagram and Tiktok. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience, excels in communication, and understands the KOL landscape. This role involves managing influencer outreach, campaign coordination, and performance analysis, perfect for a creative individual eager to drive brand growth.
Identify and reach out to suitable KOLs and influencers on Instagram & Tiktok
Coordinate influencer campaigns, including planning, briefing, and scheduling
Monitor campaign performance and ensure deliverables are met on time
Maintain and update a database of KOL contacts and performance records
Analyze campaign results and prepare performance reports
Stay updated with Instagram trends and influencer marketing best practices
Collaborate with the marketing team to align KOL strategy with brand goals
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably focused on Tiktok & Instagram
Strong understanding of the social media platform and KOL landscape in Indonesia
Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken)
Proficient in negotiation and partnership management
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Creative mindset with a passion for social media and branding
