Job summary

Cermati Fintech Group is looking for an IT Support member to help keep our IT operations running smoothly in Jakarta. You will support and maintain the office network, troubleshoot devices and printers, and assist in onboarding and offboarding IT peripherals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Network Engineering or related field, with at least 1 year of IT support experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer and Network Engineering or related field.
• 1 year of IT Support experience.
• Proficient with Windows, Linux, Mac OS, Office and support software.
• Strong knowledge in network, hardware, software and printer troubleshooting.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Ensure IT operations run smoothly for the company.
• Support and maintain office network and internet connection to provider.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems incl. software, printers, laptops, internet, etc.
• Create daily reports on connectivity and resources in the placement office.
• Set up PCs and laptops and assist in procurement decisions for IT items.
• Prepare and hand over IT peripherals during onboarding and offboarding processes.
