Job summary

PT Indivara Sejahtera Sukses Makmur seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead technology projects end-to-end, from initiation through delivery and post-project evaluation. The role demands hands-on leadership, strong business acumen, and the ability to drive project outcomes beyond administration.

The successful candidate will oversee scope, timelines, budgets, and governance while partnering with Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, QA, Infrastructure, and security teams to ensure delivery

Qualifications

8–10 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager driving complex software projects end-to-end.
Strong ability to lead delivery, manage risks and dependencies, and translate business objectives into actionable plans.
Proven track record in Banking/Financial Services or related technology domains.
Excellent communication with C-Level, senior management, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget alignment.
Define objectives, milestones, resources, and success criteria for each initiative.
Establish governance, methodologies, and tools to ensure consistent project delivery.
Identify issues, risks, and dependencies and drive timely resolution.
Collaborate with analysts, architects, developers, QA, and operations to deliver business value.
