Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong experience in IT operations and IT security management.
• Solid understanding of networks, systems, cloud, and cybersecurity.
• Experience in security audits and compliance; certifications like CISSP/CISM/ITIL are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations, including infrastructure, networks, servers, and applications
• Ensure system availability, reliability, and performance
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
• Manage IT service delivery and ensure SLAs are met
