Job summary

ABeam Indonesia is seeking an IT Infrastructure leader to guide strategic planning, high-level design and end-to-end delivery of infrastructure initiatives for the financial sector. You will drive project management, solution architecture, stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance under ABeam PM methodologies, while mentoring teams and enabling AI-powered efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication capabilities in a client-facing consulting context.
• Proven ability to think independently, drive improvements, and apply AI-enabled efficiency.
• Extensive experience in IT infrastructure design, development and implementation for finance.
• Experience leading projects across business, IT and operations with industry-standard practices.
• Excellent data analysis, hypothesis development, and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities
