Job summary

Orang Tua is seeking an IT Business Analyst to translate business needs into technical specs and system architecture. You will work with developers and QA to refine the backlog, craft user stories, and guide SDLC activities from planning through delivery, including UAT and test cases.

The role requires strong Agile/Scrum experience, SQL proficiency, and ability to document processes and UI flows. English and Bahasa Indonesia fluency is essential for cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Agile Product Owner.
• Strong hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Project Management Tools.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and system integration processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and system architecture visualization skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to interact effectively with technical teams and business executives.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PSM I, Agile Certified Practitioner, CBAP) are a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate requirements into functional specs and system flows.
• Manage, prioritize, and refine the product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies with developers, QA, and PMs.
• Create technical documentation including SRS, Use Cases, and UI/UX wireframes.
• Perform data mapping and SQL validation; build operational dashboards in Power BI.
• Coordinate UAT, design test cases, and work with QA to ensure solutions meet standards.
