Job summary

Orang Tua is seeking an IT Business Analyst to translate business needs into technical specs and system architecture. You will work with developers and QA to refine the backlog, craft user stories, and guide SDLC activities from planning through delivery, including UAT and test cases.

The role requires strong Agile/Scrum experience, SQL proficiency, and ability to document processes and UI flows. English and Bahasa Indonesia fluency is essential for cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Agile Product Owner.
• Strong hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Project Management Tools.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and system integration processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and system architecture visualization skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to interact effectively with technical teams and business executives.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PSM I, Agile Certified Practitioner, CBAP) are a strong advantage.

Job description

Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional requirements, technical specifications, and system architectural flows.

Manage, prioritize, and refine the product backlog, creating clear user stories and acceptance criteria using Project Management Tools.

Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives alongside developers, QA, and project managers.

Create comprehensive technical documentation including System Requirement Specifications (SRS), Use Cases, Process Workflows, and UI/UX wireframes.

Perform data mapping, query databases using MS SQL to validate business logic, and create operational dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.

Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), design test cases, and work closely with QA teams to ensure solutions meet business standards before deployment.

Act as the main liaison between non-technical stakeholders and technical development teams to ensure alignment on project goals.

Requirements
