Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Strong understanding of learning theories, curriculum development, and multimedia principles for online learning.
• Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging instructional materials for online courses, e-learning modules, and blended learning programs using various authoring tools.
