Job summary

INFUSE is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to craft impactful learning experiences that fuse digital and human interaction. You will partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design modern programs for adult professionals, leveraging evidence-based design principles and AI-powered tools.

As INFUSE Academy drives internal and external online education, you’ll shape engaging, high-impact e-learning that fuels business results.

Qualifications

• Background in instructional design with AI implementations and adult learning theory.
• Experience with LLMs and generative AI for learning solutions.
• Ability to prototype custom GPTs and integrate AI into e-learning.
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to design blended learning programs aligned with business goals.
• Apply andragogy and evidence-based design to create learner-centric experiences.
• Design and curate blended learning using formats like eLearning, self-paced modules, virtual sessions, and on-the-job activities.
• Ensure instructional consistency, accessibility, and content relevance across delivery modes.
• Leverage generative AI tools, including designing and deploying custom GPTs, to support learning.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and communications for timely execution.

• Loves solving problems creatively and making learning experiences smarter and more engaging

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and key stakeholders to design and deliver effective blended learning programs that align with business goals

• Leverage generative AI tools, including designing and deploying custom GPTs, to support learning
• Manage project timelines, resources, and communication workflows to ensure the timely and organized execution of learning initiatives
