Ideal candidates have a minimum of 4 years in instructional design, with expertise in Storyline or Captivate, and a strong grasp of adult learning theories and multimedia principles to ensure effective online learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
• Strong understanding of learning theories, curriculum development, and multimedia principles for online learning.
• Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative instructional materials for online courses, e-learning modules, and blended learning programs using various authoring tools.
• Collaborate with SMEs to analyze learning needs, define objectives, and structure content effectively.
• Apply adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create engaging solutions.
• Develop assessments, activities, and interactive elements to promote knowledge retention and skill development.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery in a fully remote setting.
