Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in internal communication, employee engagement, or corporate communications.
• Proven ability to develop content and run campaigns across channels.
• Strong writing and storytelling for diverse employee audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication plans and campaigns.
• Create content across articles, newsletters, emails, posters, presentations, and videos for internal audiences.
• Manage and optimize internal channels including intranet and email communications.
• Support employee engagement programs, culture initiatives, and leadership communications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex topics into clear messages.
• Ensure messaging consistency across materials and brands.
• Monitor effectiveness and engagement metrics; propose improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage communication materials and invoices.
• Identify new tools and approaches to improve employee reach and engagement.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
